Service Design Workshops in China
Christina was invited to run two service design workshops in China at User Friendly 2015 , – UXPA China’s annual conference.
At the first workshop Christina introduced methods and techniques being used commonly for service design including semi-structured depth interviews, observation and participation, co-creation workshops, service safari and experience prototyping, etc. The participants then were divided into groups for exercises.
The other workshop saw Christina led the participants explore the idea of using service design approach for start-ups. In this workshop, Christina used materials from Designthinkers Group for the interactive sessions.
The two workshops received great feedback with the average rating of 4.5 of 5 from the participants. Christina was also very impressed with participants’ enthusiasm. We hope that in the future we’ll be able to bring Service Design workshops together with Service Design training to more audience in China.
